Jacki is Co-Founder of The Phoenix and Deputy Executive Director of NewForm. A licensed clinical social worker, Jacki spent more than 20 years working alongside youth and families before co-founding The Phoenix in 2006. Over the past two decades, Jacki has helped grow The Phoenix from a single community in Colorado to one of the largest peer-led recovery organizations in the United States, expanding its reach through volunteer-led communities, partnerships with correctional facilities nationwide, and a digital platform that has evolved into NewForm. Her work is driven by a belief that intentionally designed community and human connection is fundamental to addressing many of society's greatest challenges. She is passionate about using research and innovation to design communities that help people flourish.
